课程概述 / Course Overview:
BRC《全球食品安全标准》(第六版),将于2012年1月1日开始实施,自实施之日起,BRC审核依据即升级为第六版标准。SAI-Global专业培训讲师,为帮助企业适应这一变化,特为专门您提供BRC第6版的培训课程。
BRC 《Global Standard For Food Safety》 (Issue 6) will be effect on 1st Jan in 2012. From the effective date, BRC certification audit will be according to the upgraded standard. SAI-Global professional training instructors will provide special training course on BRC issue 6 for you in order to help enterprise to adapt to this change.
本课程与企业的具体实施相结合,帮助企业的相关人员在理解最新标准的基础上,结合BRC认证审核和审核报告的详细内容,强化食品安全计划(HACCP)在实际工作中的运用和执行,建立起符合最新BRC标准要求,与企业实际情况相符的食品安全与质量管理体系,为企业的发展奠定基础。
This course is combined with the implementation in facilities, help relative person to understand the latest standard in the foundation, use BRC certification audit and review the detailed contents of the report, strengthen the food safety plan (HACCP) in the practical work and perform, establish the food safety and quality management system to compliance with the latest standards of BRC and the actual situation of the facilities, and lay the foundation for the development of enterprises

> 有相关食品行业的生产/制造经验,或对质量管理体系有一定的理解和相关的经验。
Work experience with production or manufacturing on foods, or understand quality management system or
